For the last year my walking has been restricted by a cataract in my left eye, two weeks after having it removed it was time to get back out walking. This gentle walk fitted the bill perfectly.

Looking towards Moat Low from the car park.
Mill Dale from the point where we left the road to turn into Wolfscote Dale.
Having left the road we follow the track into Wolfscote Dale.
It is very easy walking through this partcular dale.
The River Dove was flowing quite fast and was very mirky.
At Coldeaton Bridge we left Wolfscote Dale to head up the unnamed dry dale to Lees Barn.
We took the track to the left of the wall and crossed back over to its other side further up the dale.
Lees Barn just before we hit the road.
From the Tissington Trail Lees Barn looks much larger than it did from the dale.
Johnson's Knoll from the Tissington Trail.
More easy walking along the very quiet Tissington Trail.
The view along the valley from a seat on the Tissington Trail.
As we approach the car park the top of Wolfscote Dale comes into view.
